At Mensahi, I want your experience to feel meaningful, simple, and stress-free. Please take a moment to read the information below regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.
Your Subscription
By joining the Mensahi Mail Club, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the plan and delivery frequency you selected at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically so your letters continue to arrive without interruption. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each upcoming delivery according to your chosen plan.
Cancellations & Order Processing
Each Mensahi delivery is carefully prepared shortly after your order is placed.
For this reason, subscription payments cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed more than 24 hours after purchase, as preparation and shipping arrangements will already be underway.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your cancellation will apply to future renewals that have not yet been processed (To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next envelope is prepared, please cancel before the 1st of the month.)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Cancellations made on or after the 1st of the month will take effect the following month, as your envelope will already be in preparation. That month's charge is non-refundable once the cutoff has passed.
Each envelope is hand-made with care, we appreciate your understanding of this small but important window.
Returns & Refunds
At Mensahi, every delivery is thoughtfully prepared and assembled with care before it reaches your mailbox. Because of the nature of these products, returns are not accepted once an order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds are only available in the unlikely event that the contents of your delivery arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue so it can be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside of my control. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
