Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your Mensahi subscription at any time.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, no future subscription payments will be charged.

Refunds

As Mensahi is a monthly subscription service that includes the preparation and mailing of physical items, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Orders Already Prepared or Shipped

Refunds cannot be issued for Club Mail packages that have already been prepared, processed, or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Mail

Mensahi sends Club Mail through standard postal services without tracking.

Mensahi cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

If a package arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the situation individually.
