Shipping Policy
Thank you for being part of Mensahi.
Each month, subscribers receive a curated Club Mail package that may include letters, postcards, stickers, bookmarks, and other paper goods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- Switzerland: CHF 1.20
- Europe: CHF 5.00
- International destinations (including the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries): CHF 5.00
Monthly Shipping Schedule
Mensahi ships Club Mail editions at the beginning of each month.
- Subscriptions placed on or before the 14th day of a month will receive that month's edition.
- Subscriptions placed after the 14th day of a month will receive the following month's edition.
Shipping Method
All Club Mail editions are shipped from Switzerland via standard postal mail.
Shipments are sent as regular letter mail without tracking.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Mensahi cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Mensahi ships worldwide.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Subscribers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Mensahi is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost Mail
As Club Mail editions are shipped without tracking, Mensahi cannot guarantee the successful delivery of every shipment.
